Hello, my name is Aayan Aarif Bangi and I am a student of GG International School in Pune. I am going to show you a model of a RECHARGABLE CRAWLING ROBOT. For this you will need 2 Dual Shaft Motors, Switch, Battery, PVC pipe, nut-bolts and some tools. Cut a hoop from a 10-cm diameter PVC pipe. Cut the hoop in half with a small lug with which to attach it to the main body. You will need 4 such PVC semi-circular hoops. This is a special motor with a dual shaft and an inbuilt gear box which reduces the speed. Fix the semi-circular wheels on the motor shaft with small screw-nuts. Both the semi-circular pieces should be in the same orientation. Tape both motors along with their semi-circular wheels on a PVC rectangular baton strip. The Rechargeable Battery and the Switch is taped in the middle. This battery can be recharged using a Mobile Charger. The circuit is shown in the diagram and it simple to rig it up. This is the final assembly and the Crawling Robot is about to go. Keep all the semi-circular wheels in the same orientation and switch ON the circuit. Here you can see the semi-circular wheels moving in air. Then place the Crawler on the ground and see it in action. It can easily go forward on a rough terrain.
